Mark DeJohn is a Masters Certified Full-Body Certified Instructor of ART, including Upper Extremity, Lower Extremity, Spine, Long Nerve Tract Release, ART Complex Protocols, and Biomechanics. I use my comprehensive knowledge and technique on clients to get them pain free and active again.

Massage Therapy

Sports, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone, and Trigger Point therapy are a few of the modalities we provide. Every session is customized to each person depending on needs and requests.

Carrie DeJohn has lived in Bend for more than 15 years. In 2009 she attended Sage School of Massage and received her license. (OR lic #16612)

​ Carrie’s goal in every massage is to foster and promote a client’s own innate healing ability through various massage modalities such as deep tissue laser therapy, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, cupping, Gua-sha, and lymphatic massage. Every session is adapted to the client’s individual needs to help them manage pain, reduce inflammation and stress in the body, and restore functionality so they can continue to enjoy the Bend lifestyle.

Mark is an avid athlete who brings the understanding of many sports and activities to his practice. Not everyone who practices ART is an active athlete. To Mark, it’s about more than just fixing the problem—it’s about understanding how the problem started in the first place. Mark takes the time to educate his patients on their injury so they can avoid getting hurt in the future and can understand how to heal faster.
